About Luke Wyckoff: 

Luke founded Wyckoff Consulting in 2007, providing clients with executive-level personnel search and assessment services. The company focused on the art of identifying and recruiting candidates through social media. As that part of the business grew, and clients asked for more and more social media management services, Luke embarked on another venture in 2009, and founded Social Media Energy, a leader in establishing, maintaining, and evaluating the social media presence of major companies across the United States. Luke succumbed to his entrepreneurial bent again in 2012 when he launched We Pay Your Bill. 

An award winning debater at Ferris State University, Luke is a memorable speaker who consistently delivers high-energy, information-packed keynote speeches on issues such as social media (including analytics), entrepreneurship, sales motivation, and building executive teams. When he’s not speaking or overseeing his three companies and their respective sales teams, Luke can be found on the golf course, or at a Broncos or Nuggets game.

In part two you will learn everything you need to know about Client Relationship Management (CRM) to help drive your business. Jeanne Reynolds will help you gain perspective on what CRM offers and how you can best use it to grow your business.

About the Event: 

This event will focus on the the CRM breakdown and help you market more effectively to past clients, hot prospects, and important referral sources. The event will include a panel featuring REALTORS® discussing their use of CRM platforms. Here are some of the top issues that we will be discussing:

  • What has been the most difficult task in getting started?
  • What stage are you in using your CRM?

Jeanne is an accomplished Operations and IT manager with over 25 years of experience in positions where scope of responsibilities were consistently increased due to significant analytical, strategic, and tactical skills. Jeanne’s career has been distinguished by successfully transforming chaotic, underperforming entrepreneurial and mid-sized companies to strong organizational structures achieving maximum revenue results.

Jeanne‘s career has spanned large corporations from Great West Life to Informational handling Service (HIS) to TCI  (Comcast). Two years ago Jeanne began to get inquiries from REALTORS® to help them with their accounting, databases and organizational issues. These consultations included asking the question: 'how do they keep in touch with their clients?'. Jeanne recognized a gaping hole for the REALTOR® community in navigating the CRM landscape. How does a REALTOR® choose a CRM, what do they look for, what are the first steps? Jeanne was determined to find a solution for REALTORS®, and educate them on CRM strategies. With this as her mission Jeanne brought her CRM specialty skills and knowledge to the Real Estate space by developing, “The CRM Workshop for REALTORS®”, approved for 8CE credits in the fall of 2014. 

Jeanne has traveled overseas and visited over 36 countries, played professional tennis, experienced 28 days of cross country skiing and mountain climbing through Outward Bound and loves her time with her two boys, Adam and Danny.
