Affiliate Membership in DMAR provides opportunities for you to promote your business in front of more than 5,000 REALTOR® members engaged in the practice of real estate. Affiliates traditionally do not hold a real estate license. If you have an active real estate license, you can become an Affiliate but you must also be a REALTOR® member of a local association.
Affiliate Membership benefits include:
- Networking opportunities with, and access to, 5,000 Denver Metro Association of REALTORS® members.
- Discounted rates on advertisements in the e-magazine publication, opened by more than 21,000 real estate professionals each month.
- The ability to display brochures and materials in the Affiliate Spotlight area at the Association offices (3 different locations across the Metro area).
- Ability so sponsor large scale conferences, regular education sessions and smaller, more personal networking events.
Affiliate Members meet on the 2nd Tuesday of each month from 9-10 am at one of the DMAR office locations. Contact the Affiliate Chair for meeting details.
Primary Affiliate Membership is $200 per year and is for sole proprietors and/or the first person to join from any multi-person company. Additional individuals from any one company location are entitled to a discounted Secondary Affiliate Membership at the rate of $175 per year. An application fee of $100 is charged for all new applications.
