Why We have Districts

DMAR has created a district-based leadership model that we believe best represents and supports the local needs of and ideas generated by our members throughout the Denver metropolitan area. Local Coordinating Committees – made up of REALTORS®, Affiliates and Young Professionals – will allow all of our members to access programs and services and be active participants in setting the course our association follows.

The districting model facilitates networking opportunities, will allow for the development of local programing and special events and build community service projects that help maintain the local identity of REALTORS®.  The model nurtures and plays to the strength of your local community while feeding off of the power and resources of the state’s largest REALTOR® Association.

How We Determine Districts

Districts are based on the member’s preferred mailing address. DMAR districts consist of a Central, West, North and South / East breakdown and are defined by zip codes.
