2025-2026 Dues Breakdown

Total Dues: $660

DMAR (local): $239
CAR (state): $195
NAR (national): $201
Suggested RPAC Investment (voluntary): $25

Please note: DMAR collects dues on behalf of CAR and NAR. This is a three-tier membership.

Click “My Billing Info” to add or update your credit card
Pro Tip: You can now set up AutoPay under the “Autopay & Billing” tab to avoid late fees and save time every year!

Deadline to Pay: September 30, 2025
A late fee will apply to payments made after October 31, 2025.

We’ve launched a brand-new Member Center this year to make renewing your membership easier than ever. Before you log in, here are a few things to know

New AutoPay Feature. Set up AutoPay to ensure your local, state and national dues are covered automatically - no reminders, no extra steps! Important: AutoPay must be set up separately for both DMAR dues and your CAR/NAR annual dues. Learn how to set up AutoPay here.
Voluntary RPAC Contribution. Your invoice includes a $25 voluntary contribution to the Realtor® Political Action Committee (RPAC). If you choose not to contribute, simply uncheck the RPAC box on your invoice. Click here to view instructions.
Faster Access. Log in, review your invoice, and manage everything from one central dashboard inside the new Member Center.
NAR Dues Update. You’ll notice a change on your invoice this year: the “NAR Operations and Image Campaign” is now a separate line item. Of the $45, $10 supports public awareness of the Realtor® brand and $35 funds national advocacy efforts.
