Jo Ann Grady

Although Jo Ann's family roots are in Iowa, she and her family relocated to North Denver when she was just 10 years old. In her youth, Jo Ann worked at a burger fast food restaurant located near Regis High School. "That was a fun job. I made many lifelong friends." After graduating from North High School, she went to work for the State of Colorado Department of Revenue in the driver’s license division for nine years.
   
Jo Ann and her husband moved to Colorado Springs where they started a family, and she became a stay-at-home mom for several years. When her children were in school, she started working part-time for a property management company, a children's education program at her Church and for Principal Financial Group.

In 1999, Jo Ann started working in education and membership at the Jefferson County Association of Realtors® when she and her family moved back to the Denver area, and in 2011 she became the Membership Manager for DMAR when the two boards merged.

Jo Ann enjoys talking to members, conversing about their business and having a good hearty laugh with her Realtor® friends. "For every job I have ever had, I have always enjoyed meeting new people and getting to know about their lives. Like my Irish father, I am approachable and am a friendly person."  Outside of work, she enjoys dancing and singing, which she has been doing most of her life.
