About Our Panelists
Jimmy Everetts is the senior loan officer of Everetts Lending, which serves the mortgage needs of clients all over Colorado – specializing in first-time homebuyers, VA / Veteran homebuyers, investors and others who recognize real estate is an important piece in the development of wealth. An eight-year veteran of the United States Submarine Force, Jimmy served on three submarines and deployed four times, including three tours in the Persian Gulf in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and the Iraq War. Following his time in the military, Jimmy received his undergraduate degree in Broadcast Journalism and worked in the field as a reporter for several years, before finishing his MBA in Finance and entering the mortgage industry. Nicknamed “Jimmy the Saint” by his childhood friends, he enjoys sharing his experiences, triumphs and failures related to mindset, and is an avid reader, author and public speaker.
Angela Grunst has been with Roof Brokers for 25 years. She is an active DMAR member, serving on DMAR committees for many years. She also is a member of SMDRA, MMAR and the Women’s Council of Realtors®-Mile High Chapter. Angela is committed to helping several charities as well. In her free time, she enjoys babysitting her two-year-old grandson, Bode, and playing board and card games with family and friends.
Jim Michael has a long history for successful management for multi-million dollar companies and is a retired Army Warrant Officer (where he taught and trained hundreds of soldiers over the years). Jim is absolutely an entrepreneur who has changed the property inspection industry in the Denver metro area and has created a demand for his company’s services. Steel Rhino Property Inspections is among the largest multi-inspector firms in Colorado and Jim has established five Steel Rhino Franchises outside of Colorado. Prior to operating Steel Rhino Property inspections, Jim was an in-demand manager for companies that needed to grow or become more efficient within their industries in order to grow their market share.
