WHY: This class presents the newest Real Estate Commission Approved Forms, and goes over which forms are mandatory or optional, as well as the newest provisions that were approved in 2015, and which will be effective on January 1, 2016. Also, any new legislation that was passed and affects the new contract forms and provisions will be discussed.

Class Cancellation Policy:
A full refund or credit will be issued to the student if the class is canceled by the Association or if the student cancels registration three (3) business days in advance of the scheduled class. Cancellation less than 3 business days in advance will result in a 50% refund or credit of tuition. No credit or refund will be issued if a student fails to appear for the class and/or fails to cancel before the day of the class. Credits must be used within 90 days of issue.
