Real Estate Diversity Initiative Program Seeking Participants

Have you ever wondered what it takes to be a real estate developer? Would you like to add skills to your existing portfolio? Apply today for the Real Estate Diversity Initiative program (REDI).

In 2009, ULI Colorado and Denver's Office of Economic Development came together in an effort to mentor minorities and women interested in learning more about real estate and real estate development. Now in its seventh year, the highly successful REDI program will help you further your career by providing the opportunity to learn from real estate mentors about the challenges and opportunities in the local industry.

Participants will engage in both large group and small group mentoring sessions throughout the program. The ideal participant will have, at minimum, some knowledge of real estate concepts, an undergraduate degree and a strong entrepreneurial spirit.

Apply today for one of the nation’s most prestigious mentorship programs for women and minorities, and learn from the Colorado leaders of the international Urban Land Institute, a highly respected organization consisting of 30,000 leaders in the land use profession. Deadline to apply is 5 P.M., June 3, 2016.
