DMAR Director Application

We will soon have 4 spots available on the DMAR Board of Directors, representing the North, West, Central and South/East districts. Each opening is for a 3-year term.This is your chance to proudly represent the interests and concerns of your district. You'll be privy to the latest insider real estate news while being part of the elite team that drives our mission. In addition to candidates for a seat on the DMAR Board, we are seeking for candidates to run for CAR, NAR and REcolorado Director positions.

Criteria to serve per the bylaws:

All nominees on the slate for the Board of Directors shall be:

1. voting members in good standing with a minimum of two years as a REALTOR® member
2. voting members in good standing of the Denver Metro Association of REALTORS® for a minimum of one year prior to the election date
3. reflective of the diversity of the REALTOR® membership
4. not associated with a physical office location that already has two members serving on the Board of Directors for the ensuing year, nor shall there be more than two nominees from any one office location, nor shall there be more than one nominee from a physical office location that has a member serving for the ensuing year.
