The merger is complete... and now it's time to celebrate!
We are thrilled to announce that members of both the Denver Metro Association of REALTORS® (DMAR) and the Douglas Elbert REALTOR® Association (DERA) approved the merger between the two Associations via a vote that took place on Tuesday, August 9th. The effective date of the merger, approved by The National Association of REALTORS®, is September 1, 2016. DERA will be merged into DMAR, in accordance with an agreement and plan of merger, and will form our 5th District, the Douglas Elbert District.
