Tom Lilly started his real estate sales career in September, 2014. His focus was on corporate businesses relocating to and from Denver. Tom’s local area knowledge helped clients adjust to new surroundings and having been transplanted multiple times himself, brought relocation empathy to each client. With a high level of customer service and relationship management, he closed nearly $13 million in volume in 2015. He is a consistent top producer in his office and won Madison & Company Rookie of the Year.
Having lived in both the city of Denver and the suburbs, he has a feel for what makes a neighborhood great. Tom has also personally flipped, rehabbed and rented properties. He recognize the tremendous investment value in real estate. No matter the current market conditions, there are always opportunities.
Tom’s passion for sense of community shines through in his service. He also specializes in Denver’s historic neighborhoods. He is keenly aware that moving and finding a home is one of life’s biggest stressors but also a very exciting time, and clients need to have the best resources possible when making a decision this important.
Tom lives in the historic Denver neighborhood of Park Hill with his wife, daughter, and their furry kids. He enjoys cycling, racing motorcycles and most any adventure Colorado throws at him.
