WHEN: Wednesday | April 17, 2024 | 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM

WHERE: In-Person at DMAR HQ or Virtually through Zoom

WHY: NAR has announced a proposed settlement agreement aimed at resolving litigation concerning claims brought on behalf of home sellers regarding broker commissions. This agreement is currently awaiting court approval and, if finalized, would mark the conclusion of claims against NAR, involving over one million NAR members, all state/territorial and local Realtor® associations, all association-owned MLSs and all brokerages with an NAR member as principal, whose residential transaction volume in 2022 amounted to $2 billion or less.

Join us on April 17th for a special hybrid Town Hall Meeting with Steve Murray, an esteemed real estate expert, to discuss what's next. We'll delve into the proposed settlement and its potential ramifications for your brokerage, your agents and our industry as a whole. Our agenda will include essential insights into the proposed NAR settlement, followed by a Q&A session. Expect comprehensive updates on the settlement and its potential impacts on industry practices and business operations.

PRICE: Free for DMAR members | Please note, this event is reserved for DMAR brokerage leadership.
