About the Denver Metro Association of REALTORS®
The Denver Metro Association of REALTORS® (DMAR), The Voice of Real Estate® in the Denver metro area, is a membership-based organization dedicated to the advancement and protection of the real estate industry. With more than 7,000 REALTOR® and Industry Partner members across the Denver metro area, we are currently the largest local REALTOR® association in Colorado and the 36th largest nationwide. We strive to enable members to reach their maximum earning and career potential while offering the highest level of service to their clients and to the real estate community at-large.
Founded on August 18, 2011 when the Denver Board of REALTORS®, the Jefferson County Association of REALTORS® and the North Metro Denver REALTOR® Association voted to merge, DMAR carries the prestigious histories of those three Associations dating back to 1888. In September of 2016, The Douglas Elbert REALTOR® Association became part of DMAR.
We strive to galvanize and inspire a vibrant community of REALTORS® in pursuit of success. We are focused on education, advocacy, networking and providing tools & resources to help our members thrive.
Together we gather to exchange ideas, volunteer, assume leadership roles and grow to be influencers in our communities. We get first-hand knowledge of real estate trends, take action in protecting our business and elevate industry standards.
DMAR offers members the most forward-thinking, timely, and pertinent tools and resources in the entire region. The Association is fully focused on delivering 100% return on dues, and is committed to constantly finding ways to improve membership benefits and services. DMAR is a collaborative and engaged Association that represents the Denver metro area proudly across every mile of the front range and throughout the state.
