WHAT: HOA Update and Topics for Real Estate Brokers

WHY: As outreach to Colorado communities, the HOA Information Officer will be present to discuss the role and function of this office, provide statistics and information regarding HOA issues and concerns that have been compiled, and discuss the Annual Reports, as well as inform about recent and upcoming HOA legislation and the new Community Association Manager licensing program. Additionally, the HOA Officer will discuss issues with homeowners, HOA board members, community association managers, and real estate professionals regarding HOA’s in your community.

Parking Notice:
DMAR visitors are allowed to park anywhere in the covered garage parking lot. Please do not park in the 2-hour visitor parking spots. Your cooperation is appreciated.
Class Cancellation Policy:
A full refund or credit will be issued to the student if the class is canceled by the Association or if the student cancels registration three (3) business days in advance of the scheduled class. Cancellation less than 3 business days in advance will result in a 50% refund or credit of tuition. No credit or refund will be issued if a student fails to appear for the class and/or fails to cancel before the day of the class. Credits must be used within 90 days of issue.
