Rachel Willis

Rachel is the newest addition to our vibrant DMAR team. With a background working in finance and non-profit organizations, she brings a wealth of diverse experiences and a passion for housing advocacy. 

After moving to Denver in 2018, Rachel worked as a Fair Housing Specialist with the Denver Metro Fair Housing Center, advocating for fair housing practices around Colorado. She then moved into the financial sector, where she gained valuable insights that she's excited to blend with her housing expertise. Her enthusiasm lies in bridging the gap between housing and legislation, amplifying DMAR's impact on Colorado's legislative landscape.

Rachel is originally from Reno, Nevada and holds a BA in Political Science from Chapman University. When she’s off the clock, Rachel enjoys doing the NYT crossword, hitting the pavement for long walks, and discovering hidden treasures at estate sales.
