Speakers
Tyrone Adams
Tyrone is the CEO of the Colorado Association of REALTORS®. He originally joined the CAR staff in 1993 and has served in a variety of roles over the past two decades that led to him ultimately becoming the Association’s president/CEO. A Colorado native, Tyrone was a student athlete at the University of Northern Colorado (once a Bear always a Bear). He is a REALTOR® Certified Executive and Certified Association Executive and currently is serving on multiple committees and boards including Vice-Chair of NAR’s AEC State Association Executive Forum and NAR Governance PAG. Tyrone also serves on the Colorado Society of Association Executives Board of Directors and is a 2014 Leadership Aurora graduate and member on the Aurora Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. He enjoys volunteering his time helping others, spending time outdoors, attending sporting events and spending time with friends and family wife Stacey; children- Jasmine, Shaedon and Krystal; and his grandchildren - Tatum and Yvette.
Nobu Hata
An industry veteran since 1996, Nobu is a student of marketing, communications trends, social media and technology in the real estate industry. As NAR’s Director of Member Engagement, Nobu brings insight and context of agent, brokerage and association issues up the national pipeline and delivers value-added information in person to local associations.
Justin Knoll
As a fourth generation REALTOR® and Denver native, Justin has been a fixture in the metro area real estate market for nearly two decades, starting at Coldwell Banker (CB) in 2000. At CB, he and his Mother, Pam, started the Knoll Team, while also serving as Managing Broker of the Cherry Creek office for several years. In 2010, he served as the youngest President in the 120+ year history of the Denver Board of REALTORS® and was able to lead one of the largest REALTOR® Association mergers in the nation, now known as DMAR. Justin was elected as the first President of the newly formed Denver Metro Association of REALTORS® in 2011. He was recognized as the Young Professional Network State Member of the Year in 2012, after serving as the YPN State President in 2011, and was selected as the DMAR REALTOR® of the Year in 2013. In 2014, The Knoll Team moved to Madison & Company, where Justin was hired as the President of the company. In the summer of 2019, Justin launched Knoll Coaching and Consulting, a firm focused on the development of REALTORS® and strategic planning for Brokerages and Associations around the region. Justin currently serves as the Chair of the Colorado Association of REALTORS® and serves the National Association of REALTORS® on different Committees.
