Cheers to 2017 | Resolutions & Tips from 4 DMAR Directors

Q1. What is your professional New Year's resolution for 2017?

Q2. What business tips would you give to other REALTORS® as they enter the new year?

Q1. To grow my business organically and tap into our vast database to help others find the home of their dreams.

Q2. Be the CEO of your business, have a plan and stick to it. There are so many distractions out there and if you focus on what you do best, you will find success. Get a coach and/or mentor to hold you accountable, and be the best you that you can be. - Scott Grossman, Madison & Company Properties

Q1.  To be more visible in the neighborhood in which I live. I plan to do this though activities for kids and family-friendly events.

Q2. If you have never really sat down and worked out your yearly business plan...do it! I find that it actually helps me to stay more focused and organized through the year. Always keep it handy and make sure to review it quarterly to see if you're on track, what's working, whether you are meeting your goals, etc. and make adjustments accordingly. - Amy Jackson, EXIT Realty, DTC

Q1. Help make a positive impact on our real estate community by volunteering and serving whenever I can.

Q2. Lead generation, first and foremost. Get involved with your local community. Attend DMAR events and classes. Stay on top of local and real estate related news. Advocate for your clients and most importantly, be nice! - Steve Thayer, Keller Williams Action Realty, LLC

Q1. To continue to stay present and open to new opportunities and experiences.

Q2. Stay connected with your clients throughout the year and continue to be their advisor.- Libby Levinson, Kentwood Real Estate, Cherry Creek
