WHY: This course is designed to provide an overview of how Artificial Intelligence (AI) and how tools like ChatGPT are transforming the real estate industry. The course will cover the fundamental concepts of AI, including machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing, and their applications in the real estate industry. The course will also explore the impact of AI and ChatGPT on various sectors of the real estate industry, such as property management, leasing, marketing, and investment.
