Part one, "How to Get Through Probate," explains the probate process, how it impacts real estate transactions, and how agents can help clients navigate it smoothly. Part two, "How Estate Planning Avoids Probate," focuses on strategies and conversations that help clients plan ahead, minimize legal hurdles, and protect their assets. Together, these classes equip Realtors to handle complex situations and stand out as trusted experts.
