Andrew has negotiated over 250 deals for buyers and sellers in the last six years and has helped investors buy over 300 properties during that same time. Bret Weinstein is the Founder and CEO of BSW Real Estate. He is ranked among the top one percent of Colorado’s highest-producing real estate professionals and has completed over 400 transactions since his career began in 2012. His list of honors and awards began in 2013 when he was named DMAR’s Rookie of the Year. Most recently, his honors and achievements include DMAR Excellence Awards each year from 2015-2018, the RISMedia Newsmaker Award in 2018, a cover feature on the Denver Real Producers Magazine in January of 2019 and the Denver Business Journal’s 40-Under-40 award in 2019, which recognizes Denver’s top business leaders under 40 years of age.
