WHY: Your marketing strategy should not be a one-size-fits-all approach. You can earn more business if you take the time to learn what different demographics respond to best. In this class, we'll discuss how to target each generational demographic by understanding the communication and marketing styles for each. You will leave with a complete understanding of how to connect with each age group effectively. You'll learn the unique characteristics of Baby Boomers, Gen X, Millennials and Gen Z, as well as the values and communication preferences for each group. You'll discover the investment perspective by generation and learn marketing tips to connect effectively.
