- Attendees will have a better understanding as to why conflict exists.
- Discover that all forms of ADR’s do work, but outcomes and impressions can be vastly different.
- Develop integrative negotiation skills and language suitable for collaborative problem solving that includes interaction and feedback with Buyers & Sellers.
- General attitudes, psychological states and effects about various negotiation and the emotions often involved as exhibited by Buyers and Sellers.REALTORS® are required to complete ethics training within three-year cycles.

CE CREDITS: 4 - Students must be visible on camera and engaged in the class AT ALL TIMES to receive CE credit.

IMPORTANT: Registration is a two step process. The day before class you will be emailed a Zoom link to confirm registration, as well as class materials and guidelines.
CLASS POLICIES: You must cancel 24 hours in advance to receive a refund less $10 in service fees. If you choose to transfer to another class, you will be charged a $10 transfer fee. You must attend the entire class to receive your Colorado Continuing Education Credits.
