Colton Arciniaga

Colton currently serves as DMAR’s Government Affairs Coordinator. Prior to joining DMAR in 2025, he spent three sessions at the Colorado General Assembly, most recently as Chief of Staff to House Assistant Majority Leader Jennifer Bacon. In that role, he advised on legislative strategy, managed office operations and represented the office in public-facing engagements.

Colton has also held positions at the Export-Import Bank of the United States and the U.S. Department of State. At the Export-Import Bank, he supported global communications efforts in the Office of Communications. At the State Department, he advanced U.S. foreign policy priorities in the Office of Mexican Affairs.

He holds an M.A. in International Security and a B.A. in Political Science and International Studies from the University of Denver. A Colorado native, Colton enjoys skiing, playing pickleball, traveling and searching for Denver’s best coffee shops in his free time.
