WHY: From a New Buyer Lead through Closing, learn how to be successful with your Buyers from your Initial Consultation, showing homes, discussing Lending options, preparing a Buyer CMA through writing up your Buyers offer, winning strategies for presenting offers to the Listing Agent, along with Inspection issues, appraisals and closings. This course will take you from beginning to end of working with a Buyer so that you can build successful relationships with your Buyers making them lifelong referral sources

Parking Notice:
DMAR visitors are allowed to park anywhere in the covered garage parking lot. Please do not park in the 2-hour visitor parking spots. Your cooperation is appreciated.
Class Cancellation Policy:
A full refund or credit will be issued to the student if the class is canceled by the Association or if the student cancels registration three (3) business days in advance of the scheduled class. Cancellation less than 3 business days in advance will result in a 50% refund or credit of tuition. No credit or refund will be issued if a student fails to appear for the class and/or fails to cancel before the day of the class. Credits must be used within 90 days of issue.
