We have decided to postpone tomorrow’s Virtual Town Hall Meeting + COVID-19 Q&A. As the coronavirus pandemic continues to be a rapidly evolving situation and in light of the April 6th memo from the Colorado Association of REALTORS® regarding the "Stay at Home Order and Essential Services Interpretation,” we are instead working on putting together something of more value for our members. While we are still in the process of planning this, it will likely be a pre-recorded video highlighting the state of the economy, information on federal and state financial assistance and a Q&A with a real estate attorney.

WHY: DMAR will be hosting a special live virtual town hall meeting on April 9th to address the ongoing coronavirus crisis and its impact on the Colorado real estate community. DMAR's Chairman of the Board, along with two other members of the DMAR leadership team, will answer member questions regarding COVID-19 as well as share recommendations for REALTORS® working under the stay-at-home-order and offer some guidelines for showing properties to clients during this time. From 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM, we will also be joined by Real Estate Attorney, Jon Goodman, who will offer additional insights from a legal standpoint and answer more questions.
