WHY: This class is designed to walk Brokers through the different areas of due diligence that are laid out in a purchase contract, including Title, Appraisal, Septic, Water Rights, Inspection, etc. We will also do a basic exploration of the due diligence that should commonly be made during Farm/Ranch and Commercial transactions. The course will also discuss issues pertaining including water, oil and gas, marijuana, income property, etc., based on needs identified during the class through discussion.

Class Cancellation Policy:
A full refund or credit will be issued to the student if the class is canceled by the Association or if the student cancels registration three (3) business days in advance of the scheduled class. Cancellation less than 3 business days in advance will result in a 50% refund or credit of tuition. No credit or refund will be issued if a student fails to appear for the class and/or fails to cancel before the day of the class. Credits must be used within 90 days of issue.
