DMAR’s Community Alliance Committee (CAC) will be hosting a free virtual panel discussion on diversity, equity and inclusion led by Derek Camunez, Broker/Manager of RE/MAX Avenues and Chair of the CAC. Our panelists will weigh in on how to transition to a culture of inclusion and equity, how to not only begin equity work but sustain it too, how to change your business model to be more inclusive and how to incorporate racial justice and equity in your decision-making.
