WHY: This class is specifically designed to help better understand the arbitration and ethics complaint process. This class offers tools for continuing, consistent training of Grievance Committee, Professional Standards Committee, Ombudsman Committee and Board of Directors Members. This class is required every 2 years to be on these committees!

An additional fee of $10.00 will be charged at the door for those not previously registered for the class.

Parking Notice:

DMAR visitors are allowed to park anywhere in the covered garage parking lot. Please do not park in the 2-hour visitor parking spots. Your cooperation is appreciated.

Class Cancellation Policy:  
A full refund or credit will be issued to the student if the class is canceled by the Association or if the student cancels registration three (3) business days in advance of the scheduled class. Cancellation less than 3 business days in advance will result in a 50% refund or credit of tuition. No credit or refund will be issued if a student fails to appear for the class and/or fails to cancel before the day of the class. Credits must be used within 90 days of issue.
