WHAT: Realist: Accessing Public Records Information

WHY: This course will explore functionality and navigation of the MLS Public Records system Realist. Students will learn to access, navigate, search, and customize Realist. They will learn to generate 5 property centric public records reports: Property Detail Report, Comparable Report, Market Trends Report, Neighborhood Report, and Neighborhood Profile Report. Students will also learn to print, email, and export results and reports.
