A call to a real estate lawyer costs an average of $250 per hour. In just one hotline call, you can offset your membership dues!

What is the Realtors® Legal Hotline?

The Realtors® Legal Hotline is a service that provides members of the Colorado Association of Realtors® with direct access to a qualified real estate attorney who can offer information on real estate law and related matters. The Hotline provides legal information, not legal representation.

How do I use the hotline?

The principal broker and one additional designee from each Realtor® office are allowed access to the Hotline. Legal information will be given at the time of your call or within one business day if research is required. To obtain access to the Legal Hotline click here, then click on the blue button “Hotline Terms and Conditions.” You will be required to fill out your name and NRDS number (if you do not know your NRDS number, please call 303-790-7099). Sign the application by typing in your name again. Click “Send.” A box will appear with the Legal Hotline telephone numbers and you are ready to use the hotline during times of operation.

Hours
