The presentation will be moderated by REALTOR® Colin Dart of Madison & Company Properties and the panel will include an appraiser representative, title representative Dean Ruybal with Heritage Title Colorado, insurance representative Doil Storie with Storie Insurance Agency, inspector representative Andrew Sams with Alpine Building Performance and lender representative Tom Theewis with First Union Home Finance. Topics discussed will include issues that each panel member has experienced and best practices to streamline processes and timeline of communications in a deal. This presentation is especially useful for new agents, or for any agent or industry professional looking for insight into how to make their transactions more streamlined and successful!
