WHY: We will meet at Lakewood's newest local brewery, WestFax Brewing Company, at 4:00 PM for networking, libations and light snacks before checking out 40 West Arts First Friday. From the more than 120 creative enterprises located in or near the district to the creative pulse emanating from the Rocky Mountain College of Art + Design in the heart of the district, 40 West Arts is a creative destination where painters, sculptors, glassblowers, woodworkers, metalworkers, musicians, actors, motion artists and makers of all kinds gather to connect, collaborate and celebrate creativity. This is a family-friendly event so be sure to bring everyone along for the fun!

Join 40 West Arts District for a first Friday opening reception featuring multiple open locations, tons of artwork available for viewing and purchase, beer & wine and light bites, and much more! It’s always a party on First Friday at 40 West Arts. Come support the District, check out some amazing artwork and enjoy multiple open galleries and creative businesses. First Friday official hours are 5-8pm with many locations open later!
