WHY: This course will cover how to get your listing appointments started off right by having a pre-listing packet, different types of listing appointments, how to handle objections, and how to prepare a winning Comparative Market Analysis (CMA). You'll also learn what to do when you win that listing including:
- Important data to have in MLS
- Proper condo listing information
- Best practices for presenting offers to your sellers
- How to manage your under contract listing
- Building winning relationships with your seller

Class Cancellation Policy:
A full refund or credit will be issued to the student if the class is canceled by the Association or if the student cancels registration three (3) business days in advance of the scheduled class. Cancellation less than 3 business days in advance will result in a 50% refund or credit of tuition. No credit or refund will be issued if a student fails to appear for the class and/or fails to cancel before the day of the class. Credits must be used within 90 days of issue.
