WHY: This course is focused on what it takes as an Employing/Managing Broker to properly and successfully be the gatekeeper of brokers. This class includes discussion and review of the statutory obligations to supervise brokers, personal liability as the Employing Broker, regulatory framework, file management and retention, office policy documents, contract and closing review and delegation. Also, recommendations for what to do if problems arise including CREC complaints, Civil Lawsuits, REALTOR® complaints and your E&O policy and more.
