WHY: This class will teach the real estate professional about the benefits of a home inspection and instill confidence to inform and educate all parties to facilitate smooth transactions. Issues covered include vendor disclosures, known major conditions, building permits, wells and septic systems, roofs, furnaces, the inspection process, roles of the vendor and REALTOR®, and more! Additionally, this course will prepare you for dealing with Clandestine Drug Labs (CDL’s).

Class Cancelation Policy:
A full refund or credit will be issued to the student if the class is canceled by the Association or if the student cancels registration three (3) business days in advance of the scheduled class. Cancelation less than 3 business days in advance will result in a 50% refund or credit of tuition. No credit or refund will be issued if a student fails to appear for the class and/or fails to cancel before the day of the class. Credits must be used within 90 days of issue.
