NAR Ethics Update

WHY: REALTORS® are required to complete ethics training within two-year cycles. The training must meet specific learning objectives and criteria established by the National Association of REALTORS®
A new two-year cycle began January 1, 2017. The deadline for this cycle is December 31, 2018.

Cost: REALTOR® $40 | Non-REALTOR® $60
An additional fee of $10.00 will be charged at the door for those not previously registered for the class.
Class Cancellation Policy:
A full refund or credit will be issued to the student if the class is canceled by the Association or if the student cancels registration three (3) business days in advance of the scheduled class. Cancellation less than 3 business days in advance will result in a 50% refund or credit of tuition. No credit or refund will be issued if a student fails to appear for the class and/or fails to cancel before the day of the class. Credits must be used within 90 days of issue.
