WHY: This course will explore tools and reports in Matrix and Realist that can help you price properties competitively, including 4 different CMA reports. Students will learn to generate property specific and comparative reports, as well as how to quickly and efficiently search for comparable properties and use the Matrix CMA wizard. Students will understand how to retain, share, and manage reports generated in both systems.

Parking Notice:
DMAR visitors are allowed to park anywhere in the covered garage parking lot. Please do not park in the 2-hour visitor parking spots. Your cooperation is appreciated.
Class Cancellation Policy:
A full refund or credit will be issued to the student if the class is canceled by the Association or if the student cancels registration three (3) business days in advance of the scheduled class. Cancellation less than 3 business days in advance will result in a 50% refund or credit of tuition. No credit or refund will be issued if a student fails to appear for the class and/or fails to cancel before the day of the class. Credits must be used within 90 days of issue.
