WHY: This course will explore the power of in-depth and current market intelligence through a variety of preset statistics, as well as statistics customized via user defined parameters. Students will learn how to generate statistics from MLS data and public records information found within Realist, and how to save and manage statistics to efficiently access them when needed. Upon completion of the class, students will be able to generate preset and customize reports that meet their specific data needs. This two-hour course consists of one-hour of instruction plus an optional one-hour workshop to apply the customization options.

Class Cancellation Policy:
A full refund or credit will be issued to the student if the class is canceled by the Association or if the student cancels registration three (3) business days in advance of the scheduled class. Cancellation less than 3 business days in advance will result in a 50% refund or credit of tuition. No credit or refund will be issued if a student fails to appear for the class and/or fails to cancel before the day of the class. Credits must be used within 90 days of issue
