WHY: Attendees will learn how to engage prospective sellers, how to demonstrate the value proposition of using a real estate agent and the benefit’s that accrue to the seller, and build knowledge for working with the Addendums to the Exclusive Right to Sell Listing Agreement Contract to serve unique Seller concerns. Additionally, the course covers how to keep an agent’s contacts apprised of the market conditions with market data and analytics, and how to adopt new technology tools to market listings in the internet age.

- Build broker skills in helping homeowners navigate the unique market conditions posed by a Seller’s market.
- Learn data analytic skills and data presentation methods that empower homeowner’s to make informed and educated decisions regarding the market value and saleability of their property.
- Learn current technologies to distribute market data and market listings, and for presenting market data to consumers.

Class Cancellation Policy:
A full refund or credit will be issued to the student if the class is canceled by the Association or if the student cancels registration three (3) business days in advance of the scheduled class. Cancellation less than 3 business days in advance will result in a 50% refund or credit of tuition. No credit or refund will be issued if a student fails to appear for the class and/or fails to cancel before the day of the class. Credits must be used within 90 days of issue.
