WHY: Learn to access and manage your work quickly and efficiently! This course will explore how to efficiently organize, update, and maintain one’s work in Matrix. Students will learn how to organize Matrix in a contact-centric manner, reducing the number of clicks it takes to access information and minimizing the frustration of combing through large lists.
You will learn how to:

Quickly and efficiently change saved search/auto email criteria to match the changing needs of clients.

Create multiple portals for one client.

Organize information for a market area.

Leverage and create multiple carts allowing for the creation of lists that include both client favorites and possibilities.

Parking Notice:
DMAR visitors are allowed to park anywhere in the covered garage parking lot. Please do not park in the 2-hour visitor parking spots. Your cooperation is appreciated.
Class Cancellation Policy:
A full refund or credit will be issued to the student if the class is canceled by the Association or if the student cancels registration three (3) business days in advance of the scheduled class. Cancellation less than 3 business days in advance will result in a 50% refund or credit of tuition. No credit or refund will be issued if a student fails to appear for the class and/or fails to cancel before the day of the class. Credits must be used within 90 days of issue.
