Attendees will learn new strategies for success to maximize their efforts and income including how to get offers accepted in a multiple offer scenario, finding off-market properties for their Buyers, maximizing the lead generating opportunities with a listing in a Seller’s market, dealing effectively with multiple offers as a Listing Agent to sell the property at the highest market value and reduce legal liability and how to set the expectations for Buyers and Sellers in a Seller’s market.
