WHY: There are several contract changes effective January 1, 2020. Know what’s coming and be ahead of the game!

PRICE: REALTOR® Member $40 | Non-REALTOR® $60
CLASS POLICIES: You must cancel 24 hours in advance to receive a refund less $10 in service fees. An additional fee of $10 will be charged at the door for those not previously registered for the class. If you choose to transfer to another class, you will be charged a $10 transfer fee. You must attend the entire class to receive your Colorado Continuing Education Credits.
IMPORTANT: We are proud to announce we are going paperless! Moving forward, all course materials (if any) will be provided to you electronically the day before class at which time registration for the class will close. We encourage you to bring a digital copy with you or print the materials in advance.
PARKING: Park in the parking lot on the west side of the building and enter through the west side doors. After entering, DMAR is the first office on the right.
