WHAT: What's It Worth? - CMA/Appraisal/Dispute Strategies

WHY: This class will help REALTORS® prepare for valuation items in a transaction including Comparative Market Analysis (CMA), appraisal packets, and appraisal disputes. Participants will learn how to complete a thorough CMA by including adjustments for factors affecting value such as appreciation and depreciation, square footage, bedrooms, baths, views, location, etc. by using the Matrix CMA or Cloud CMA. Additionally, agents will learn the advantages of a complete and accurate CMA, strategies for putting together an appraisal packet, the proper procedures to dispute the value of the appraisal if you feel it was incomplete or inaccurate, and how to work with a lender during an appraisal dispute.

An additional fee of $10.00 will be charged at the door for those not previously registered for the class.
Class Cancellation Policy:
A full refund or credit will be issued to the student if the class is canceled by the Association or if the student cancels registration three (3) business days in advance of the scheduled class. Cancellation less than 3 business days in advance will result in a 50% refund or credit of tuition. No credit or refund will be issued if a student fails to appear for the class and/or fails to cancel before the day of the class. Credits must be used within 90 days of issue.
