WHAT: Meth, Mold, Asbestos & Environmental Testing Information

WHY: Attendees will learn how to become more aware for their buyers and sellers in the event that they encounter a residential property that may be contaminated with methamphetamines, mold, or asbestos. Additionally, attendees will get a regulatory update and learn about the laws, remediation techniques, and clean-up costs associated this this type of environmental impact and how one can become more aware of the “signs” of a contaminated property.

Parking Notice:
DMAR visitors are allowed to park anywhere in the covered garage parking lot. Please do not park in the 2-hour visitor parking spots. Your cooperation is appreciated.
Class Cancellation Policy:
A full refund or credit will be issued to the student if the class is canceled by the Association or if the student cancels registration three (3) business days in advance of the scheduled class. Cancellation less than 3 business days in advance will result in a 50% refund or credit of tuition. No credit or refund will be issued if a student fails to appear for the class and/or fails to cancel before the day of the class. Credits must be used within 90 days of issue.
