WHY: With the changing demographics of today's consumer, it is imperative to know who they are, what drives their decision making process to buy and sell real estate and how they want to be communicated with. For the first time, there are six different generations of buyers and sellers in the market and this class will help you understand each one of them, their tendencies, their real estate needs and how you can model your real estate business to cater to them directly.
