WHERE: Virtual, hosted through Zoom

WHY: Students will learn how to advise clients regarding propane, and how to ensure that propane issues are adequately handled in contracts and on settlement statements

Students will learn about how septic systems work, how to determine if special septic regulations apply, and obtain information on inspecting systems. Students will understand what a water right is, the differences between water-related rights. They will also learn about how to ensure these rights are transferred properly at closing.

This course has Employing Broker Approval Rule A-27 (B)(3)

CE CREDITS: 2 (In order to receive CE credits, you must: have video capability, have video on and be visible for the duration of the class. You may not drive, show homes or participate in any distractions during class. CE credits will not be given to those who fail to follow these guidelines.)

CLASS POLICIES: You must cancel 24 hours in advance to receive a refund less $10 in service fees. If you choose to transfer to another class, you will be charged a $10 transfer fee. You must attend the entire class to receive your Colorado Continuing Education Credits.
