What is your class cancellation/transfer policy?
You must cancel at least 24-hours in advance to receive a refund less service fees – service fees vary depending on the cost of the class. Cancellation policies/service fees are always stated under the class description. There is a charge of $10.00 to transfer to another class. Refunds will not be issued for "no shows"* or cancellations made less than 24-hours before class start time. *A "no show" is defined as a student who fails to cancel 24-hours prior or one who fails to attend a course they are registered for.

What if I need to arrive late/leave early during a class?
You must attend the entire class to receive your Colorado Continuing Education Credits. Please, keep this in mind when registering for a course.

How many credits do I have?
There is no single entity that keeps track of all the continuing education you have taken. The responsibility of managing CE credits falls to the REALTOR®. The Association only tracks CE credit received through on-site DMAR classes. This does not include online education classes found through the DMAR website.

How do I get a replacement certificate for a class I took at DMAR?
Please email with the name of the class, date and location to request a replacement certificate.

How does a licensee prove completion of continuing education?
The Continuing Education Certificate received after completing a class is valid proof of credit for the class. You must retain proof of completion of continuing education courses for a minimum of four years and provide proof of completion upon the Commission's request. As a reminder, the responsibility of managing CE credits falls to the REALTOR®.
