Jeanne Fischetti
Jeanne serves as Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver’s Director of Sponsorships. Her primary responsibilities include engaging corporations and faith congregations with Habitat’s mission. Jeanne has worked with Habitat Metro Denver since 2004 and has held a number of positions over the years including Director of Volunteers and Corporate Engagement Manager.

Neymar is a Venezuela native who has been in Colorado for over 7 years. Neymar is a Real Estate agent at Compass-Denver with RE-DOC Group, and is active with Denver Association of Realtors®, Denver Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, NAHREP (National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals) and Latino Chamber.For Neymar family, friends and community are a priority. She will create time to call her family that is out of United States, and spends quality time with friends outdoors biking, hiking or dancing. She also volunteers her time in non-profits such as Intercambio Uniting Community, Inn Between and NAHREP. Neymar will frequently lead fundraisers to help others in need.

Shannon KingShannon Williams King 
Helping buyers find the homes they love and sellers say hello to their next opportunity is what Shannon does best. Since becoming licensed in 2000, she has assisted more than 1,000 families with their real estate needs in multiple states. Island Living Homes is the third boutique real estate firm she's started. As a 30 under 30 award recipient, King is an active voice for the real estate industry, serving the National Association of Realtors® as 2019 Past - Chair for Member Communications. Some past appointments include the extended leadership team, executive committee, finance committee, Chair for Strategic Planning, Member Communications and YPN and the PAG for Realtor® University.

Lori has been featured on 9 KUSA News, Fox31 KDVR News and in Denver Life and Real Producers Magazines among other publications over the years. She and another mother started GEMS - Gainfully Earning Moms developed to support the collaboration of businesswomen who are working mothers.  She founded a Neighborhood Group Soulfully Central Park celebrating Diversity and Inclusion spreading the idea #HereGrowsTheNeighborhood taking on racism and real estate. She has served on several Boards and works with community organizations committed to philanthropy positive change.
