About Our Speaker
Elaine Stucy has been in the real estate industry since 1978, employed as general manager, then President of a small resort development company in the mid-west. She finished her corporate career as Vice President of a publicly-traded resort development company. For many years, she and her husband were partners in a chain of 38 restaurants as well as several commercial Real Estate developments. She has been a real estate broker in Colorado since 1995, first in commercial, but found her niche in residential and started her own firm in 2001. She lives and specializes in the Castle Rock area, and is supported by a highly effective professional staff. Elaine is a former DMAR Director and a former member of the DMAR Market Trends Committee.
