WHY: The program will kick-off with a presentation on fair housing dos & don'ts by Wes Fry, Civil Rights Investigator at the State of Colorado, followed by a curated panel discussion featuring Diane Eichler, President/Founder of Decibel Blue & Decibel Green Creative Marketing & PR; Craig Fitchett, Director of Acquisitions and Development at Delwest; Robin Kniech, Denver City Council Member At-Large; and Lori Pace, Broker Associate at PorchLight Real Estate Group. The panel - led by Pete Casillas, President and Publisher of the Denver Business Journal - will discuss Denver’s changing neighborhoods and the perception of gentrifying versus revitalizing an area. They will focus on the role of a REALTOR® when working with buyers and sellers in neighborhoods that are experiencing these changes.
